VAM@ARTEMEON supports business partner due diligence, risk analysis and the monitoring of suboutsourcings.

Our VAM@ARTEMEON software deploys different regulatory regimes depending on the type of institution and the underlying regulation. The relevant statutory and regulatory requirements at pan-european level do include an ICT third party risk management in accordance with DORA Chapter V, articles 28 to 30. The VAM@ARTEMEON workflows and contents for financial institutions are based on the requirements according to KWG § 25b, MaRisk AT9, EBA/GL/2019/02 and BAIT. For investment management firms, workflows and contents are set up in accordance with KAGB §36, KAMaRisk item 10, KAIT or DV (EU) No. 231/2013. Country-specific requirements – e.g. Luxembourg CSSF 22/806 and CSSF 17/654 are also reflected in the software. Outsourcing controlling for insurance companies is designed based on VAG §36, MaGo, VAIT and DVO requirements.

VAM@ARTEMEON supports business partner due diligence, risk analysis and the monitoring of suboutsourcings. A report generator can be used to generate relevant reports (e.g. outsourcing register, cloud information directory and outsourcing reports) at the push of a button. Continuous outsourcing monitoring is digitised in VAM@ARTEMEON via controls and risk indicators.

VAM@ARTEMEON is used by credit institutions, investment management firms and insurance companies to implement a regulatory compliant, efficient outsourcing management.

VAM@ARTEMEON includes functionalities to support an ICT third party risk management in accordance with DORA Art. 28 - 44, including the creation of an information register acc. to DORA Art 28 (3). Moreover, relevant requirements from the law on corporate due diligence obligations in supply chains (“German Supply Chain Act (LkSG) ”) are also implemented in VAM@ARTEMEON.)
