GDPR@ARTEMEON supports the documentation of a directory of processing activities (Art. 30 GDPR). This of course includes the generation of both, records of processing activities for controller (Art. 30 I GDPR) as well as records of processing activities for processors (Art. 30 II GDPR). It also includes workflows for risk assessment, data protection impact assessment (Art. 35 GDPR) and the documentation of lawfulness of processing (Art. 6 GDPR). Further functionalities for evaluation and analysis as well as reporting, resubmission and review routines are also integrated into our software.
By using GDPR@ARTEMEON software, all relevant information can be collected and managed via interaction of decentralised processing owners, central data protection coordinators and the data protection officer.
In addition, GDPR@ARTEMEON supports the recording and management of data breaches (including the identification of reportable data breaches in accordance with Art. 33 GDPR) and requests for information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR “Right of access by the data subject”.
