Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG - chooses AGP@ARTEMEON software solutions

With LLB, yet another credit institution has decided in favour of using several modules of our AGP@ARTEMEON Governance, Risk & Compliance Suite, namely VAM@ARTEMEON (contract, outsourcing and third-party risk management software) and GDPR@ARTEMEON (data protection management software).

• VAM@ARTEMEON supports the management of third-party purchases (e.g. contracts that are categorised as outsourcing, ICT services in accordance with DORA or other third-party purchases) and the management of the respective contractual partners in terms of third-party risk management. VAM@ARTEMEON offers workflows, functionalities, checklists and reports compliant with DORA, VAG, MaGo, VAIT requirements.
• GDPR@ARTEMEON digitizes data protection management processes. GDPR@ARTEMEON automates the creation of the record of processing activities in accordance with Art. 30 GDPR. The standard version contains a system-supported risk assessment for each processing activity as well as a rule-based initiation of the data protection impact assessment in accordance with Art. 35 GDPR. Workflows underpin the assessment of the necessity and proportionality of the processing operations in relation to the purpose and the assessment of the risks to the rights and freedoms of data subjects ( paragraph 1 GDPR).

VAM@ARTEMEON and ISMS@ARTEMEON can easily be combined with additional modules of our AGP@ARTEMEON Governance, Risk & Compliance Suite such as BCM@ARTEMEON (business continuity management including BIA, RIA, emergency plan and workflows for BCM testing) or GDPR@ARTEMEON (data protection management workflows).
