NORD/LB has selected our VAM@ARTEMEON outsourcing controlling & third party provider management software.
VAM@ARTEMEON digitizes the management of outsourcing events and other external procurement of IT services via workflows, checklists, controls and reporting functionalities. VAM@ARTEMEON offers specific workflows that are compliant with KWG § 25b, MaRisk AT9, EBA/GL/2019/02 and BAIT requirements for financial institutions.
In addition, VAM@ARTEMEON encompasses comprehensive contract management functionalities for all types of contracts and granular service provider / third party management features including SLA and KPI monitoring tools.
