Sächsische Aufbaubank - Förderbank - chooses VAM@ARTEMEON software

With SAB, yet another federal development bank has decided to digitize outsourcing oversight and third party risk management (TPRM) based on our VAM@ARTEMEON software.

The VAM@ARTEMEON software supports the management of third-party purchases (e.g. contracts that are categorised as outsourcing, ICT services in accordance with DORA or other third-party purchases) and the management of the respective contractual partners in terms of third-party risk management.

VAM@ARTEMEON offers workflows, functionalities, checklists and reports - including for regulatory-compliant outsourcing management and ICT third-party risk management (e.g. in accordance with MaRisk AT9, EBA/GL/2019/02, BAIT, DORA). This also includes the provision of information for outsourcing notifications, the information register in accordance with DORA or the outsourcing register. In addition, VAM@ARTEMEON contains a complete contract database and contract management function for all types of credit, debit and other contracts.

Our VAM@ARTEMEON software can be easily combined with other modules of the AGP@ARTEMEON Governance, Risk & Compliance Suite such as BCM@ARTEMEON (business continuity management including BIA, RIA, emergency plan and workflows for BCM testing) or ISMS@ARTEMEON (information risk management including protection requirement assessment, gap analysis, IS risk register and IRM functionality).
