ARTEMEON releases DORA upgrade

New in AGP@ARTEMEON 10.7

Release 10.7 now includes a wide array of functionalities to help our clients address the third party risk management (TPRM) and outsourcing oversight, information risk and business continuity requirements set forth in DORA.

The DORA driven adaptations affect in particular the following modules of our AGP@ARTEMEON governance, risk & compliance suite:

• VAM@ARTEMEON (TPRM, outsourcing oversight, contract management)
• ISMS@ARTEMEON (information risk management)
• BCM@ARTEMEON (business continuity)

Key capabilities of the AGP@ARTEMEON upgrade include:

• Configuration base layer including customer specific function mapping tool (i.e. mapping of activities by type of financial entity)
• Assessment and identification of critical or important functions
• Monitoring for ICT- & cybersecurity, business, ESG, financial and reputational risks - and correlating findings with assessment results.
• Risk mitigation and issue resolution functions
• Automated profiling and tiering of ICT assets via the information network function
• Centralized assessment, distribution, and review of vendor contracts
• Automated tiering of ICT assets in the business impact analysis
• Workflow capabilities to automate the contract lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Central tracking of all contracts and contract attributes such as type of ICT service, ICT service supporting a critical or important function, level of reliance.
• Assessments of the ICT services
• ICT service supply chain capturing - including intra-group contracts and the contracts with ICT third-party service providers external to the group
• ICT third-party provider oversight function
