Aareal Bank has implemented our VAM@ARTEMEON software to digitize outsourcing and third party provider management. VAM@ARTEMEON supports business partner due diligence and the risk assessment of outsourcing arrangements.
Our VAM@ARTEMEON software introduces workflows, functionalities and checklists which enable a regulatory compliant outsourcing management (e.g. for banks according to KWG § 25b, MaRisk AT9, EBA/GL/2019/02 and BAIT) including the provision of information for the reporting of material outsourcing arrangements according to KWG AnzV via the MVP Portal or IMAS.
