We are proud to have the opportunity to advise Erste Abwicklungsanstalt (EAA) as process consultants and project managers in the realignment and productive launch of their new operating model.
The joint project team was able to substantially reduce the complexity of the existing process and system infrastructure by developing a Target Operating Model using our ARTEMEON process cost model as well as our ARTEMEON price & benchmarking database and by successfully implementing a new multi-service provider landscape.
